• Single Account: You may open and maintain only one Account with daget4. Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited. Any User found to be operating multiple Accounts will have all Accounts closed immediately, and any winnings may be forfeited.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

daget4 is committed to maintaining a secure platform and preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. To this end, we implement a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit the following documents for verification:

• Valid government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license)

5.2 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Any funds deposited in violation of this policy may be returned to the source, minus any applicable fees.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

6.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC requirements completed)

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50,000

6.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

daget4 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. You may be required to provide additional verification documentation. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

You agree that all winnings, deposits, and withdrawals are subject to review. In cases where we identify rule violations, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to void bets, confiscate winnings, and close your Account without prior notice.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
